Adults Our adult classes are open to all adults who wish to enhance their worship experience through further study.
Parlor Forum This class uses a range of materials including The Thoughtful Christian.com, a web-based resource center filled with studies on a wide range of topics, including contemporary issues, Bible and theology, popular culture, Christian living and spirituality.
Library Forum This class will use the study book The Present Word as the basis for study. The Present Word focuses on one topic per season (fall, winter, spring) and uses various parts of the Bible to illustrate and develop the topic.
Wednesday Night Study Our Wednesday Bible study is on hiatus while we refresh, renew and retool. The new Bible study will be starting later this Fall. Watch for an announcement here, on the calendar, in the newsletter or in the Sunday bulletin so you can join us for Bible study on Wednesday evenings!
Thursday Afternoon Study This class uses changing resources as a basis of study throughout the year. Check the Chapel Lane Newsletter for information on the current topic and resources.
Thoughtful Christian Take-Home Study As an alternative for adults who find it difficult to attend a regularly scheduled class, but wish to further their study and personal reflection, we also offer the Thoughtful Christian Take-Home Study. These studies are periodically offered in the education kiosk in the foyer for members who wish to take them home to study on their own time. They are also available via an email distribution list.  You are invited to join us in worship on Sunday mornings. Our 8:30 a.m. service is relaxed and welcoming. Our 10:45 a.m. service, while more traditional in style and content, is welcoming as well. In both services we celebrate God's love for us through song, prayer, and the joyful proclamation of the Word.
Schedule Change: Please note that on Sunday, March 11, there will be no 8:30 a.m. service for that Sunday only. If you routinely attend the 8:30 service, you are encouraged to attend the 10:45 service to show support for the church’s youth, who will be conducting the service.
WEDNESDAY WORSHIP Join us for our Worship on Wednesdays (WOW!) service held at 7:00 p.m. and take advantage of this mid-week opportunity to reconnect and rejuvenate!
